This is a comprehensive clinical course exploring how binocular vision and accommodative disorders cause headaches.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe differences between primary and secondary headaches and recognize systemic or neurologic red flags warranting urgent referral.
  • Perform and interpret comprehensive binocular vision and accommodative assessments to identify dysfunctions linked to near work and digital eye strain.
  • Implement evidence-based management: correct refractive error, initiate binocular/accommodative therapy when indicated, and determine appropriate co-management or referral for non-ocular causes.
